Very busy and hazardous environment. Car rental staff are driving vehicles in all directions. Tight road layout. Huge range of cars and a nice waiting area. Could do with better heating facilities.
Get your rental cars here. The shuttle to and from the airport is easy. They are often very busy.
The big issue here is it's NOT at Manchester Airport! Personally, I think this is false advertising!!! The village is accessible via a transfer bus that runs 10-15mins. Once there though it's adequate for what's needed.
The staff were great. But it's a long walk to your car in the rain. Very convenient to have all the rental car companies in one small area.
Hassan the Enterprise guy was terrific! He processed the vehicle quickly, helped us move our luggage as we had lots of it, helped my family with an umbrella as it was raining. Top service from him.
