BEWARE: These guys would not try my credit card and forced me to take full insurance. They charge 55 admin fee. Alamo is under 5. Car was filthy. AVOID unless you want to be ripped off.
Total SCAM.They ask for a 1500 deposit. That is almost a number to buy a car.This number is very high because they are trying to sell you a very expensive insurance. 300 For a week! That is the scam. You hire the car for 50 and they ask 300 insurance at the pickup.
Despite booking full cover insurance through the third party reseller, the staff tried their hardest to hardsell their own insurance, or other payments to reduce the excess that they block out on your credit card (1500 btw) if I could give them a zero I would, but the mechanic who brought the car out was reasonable.
The absolute worst hire company in the world. Car was 79 pounds, insurance 230 pounds, fuel 179 pounds. All hidden charges. Nothing explained or informed. Hired a ford Mondeo but they gave me a 7 seater people carrier which I didnt want. They said I could upgrade for 40 pounds per day!!!! Do not use this company. Its absolutely awful.
