Please never rent a car here, everybody.First of all, they did not install a child seat which I requested upon booking and a rude staff just brought a booster seat for my 4-year kid. After my request, they finally brought a dirty child seat from the garage and just let me install. They never helped me to install. Whats worse, they just showed previous scratches by iPad but when returning a car, two guys found a super tiny scratch on the car, which was not reported before according to them. Eventually, I was charged 155GBP for the scratch I have no idea.Last but not least, after I paid 155GBP online, the company e-mailed me saying they have not received any payment, even though I already received an automatic receipt from them!Overall, my experience this branch and hertz itself was worst in my life.Simply just avoid using here.
