Called to book a pick up and spoke to a young lady on the telephone. Conversation initially started off well but quickly went down hill once it was established that my enquiry would need to be transferred to another rental dealership. There was a serious lack of basic customer service and care, and I was actually left thinking that she really didnt want to be there. A simple request of establishing the details of the transfer process and dealership location seeming to take so much unnecessary effort for her to assist.Unfortunately, this isnt the first incident of bad customer service regarding Enterprise as a company. Sadly, it seems nothing has changed.
Excellent customer service. Had a replacement car from my insurance company and these guys were very professional. I was impressed that the guy who picked me up was a university student on a work placement. Good to see companies utilising these schemes.
