Everyone I have spoken to that works for Drake's have always been really friendly and helpful. They are quick to sort out any issues. The only problem I would say is that our house wasn't cleaned before we moved in, we had to do a deep clean of the kitchens and bathrooms ourselves. Also we have a mouse issue, which has been on-going since moving in, would be nice if this could get sorted more promptly. Overall they are friendly and generally helpful and the house is a good price.
Lived in the same flat for nearly 3 years now, and absolutely love it! If we ever have any problems, they're always quick to be sorted. The staff are lovely, too, and very easy to talk to. Would recommend!
Such a great Student estate agents. Reply to emails quickly, sort out repairs within a timely manor and houses are reasonable in price/condition. Will be sad to leave them but definitely recommended! Thanks guys :D
Really helpful and friendly staff compared to other agents in the local area!! Always quick to reply to any questions and not had any issues at all. Would recommend renting with Drake and co, and would definitely go with them again if I wasnt in my final year! :-)
Drake and Co are a wonderful letting agency for students! Been here 2 years and I cant thank them enough! If theres any issues they are straight to email and fix the problem, never had any disagreements with them and extremely happy to help out and be as friendly and accommodating as possible! I 100% recommend them and would be glad to live in any of their lovely houses they keep tidy and look after! Go with Drake&Co!!!!
