Awful, Awful service from these people. Never answer the phone, and unhelpful with everything. Once they have your money you are dead to them. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with these people find somewhere else.
This is my second year with Thornley Groves, and I'm wondering WHY did I choose this agency again. Desesperation to get a flat. The worst mistake ever.I'll let you know this second experience with them:Thornley Groves Southern Gateway.- Frankie took care of the management of our case. Well I should say that she simulated to do it, cause we were left aside without any information. Instead of helping us for each problem we were facing,she was making it more difficult for us to rent, as if deep down she didnt want to rent the property.For some reason, at some point Frankie was gone and Ashley took our case. The same as Frankie but with less information. It was a nightmare to know anything about our case.Finally, Iulia Corlaci and at some point Shoshana Marks (and I remember the surnames cause they were the only ones in Thornley Groves helpfull and friendly) took our case and the things speed up greatly. If you read this: thank you.It seemed with that progression of the things the Team on charge of our rent would be great. Well, let me warn you about the Red Team: They don't exist. They just ignore every single email, won't pick up any call and they would only asnwer the email after "threaten" them with contact to the landlord. After 1 month we're still waiting for the second fob that the agency promess to us, cause right now we have to adecuate our schedule to enter to the building.As for the flat itself, the professional cleaning promess wasn't done at all, the flat looked neglected, full of dust and a lot of broken furniture.After a few weeks without any presentation or contact, Rebecca answer us promessing a new fob and to take care of all the broken things. 0 answers later, we're still here, waiting for some issues to be fixed and without a second fob, praying to get an answer.I would not recommend this letting agency, cause even if there are some good persons you have to be really lucky to get one of them for your rent
Honestly the worst letting agency. Please please do not use them. Your choice but Im just trying to help stop these money robbers from messing with people.Look how many bad reviews, bad experience for everyone.I have a couple of friends going through hell because of them and stressing them out so much.If they dont maintain the properties like they should in the contract then you should withhold the rent.Do not pay these scum bags for not doing there job and robbing everyone.Disgusting company!!!!!
Would put 0 stars if I could!!They don't pick up the phone at all and they send arsey emails. We moved into an apartment with no sofa, no hot water, a dripping tap an over-frozen freezer and an awful mattress! It's been almost a month and these still haven't been solved.Absolute joke of a letting agency!!!!!DO NOT USE
Everything has been so far so good. My agency branch is Thornley Groves Southern Gateway, Whitworth Street West, Manchester, and my property manager is Aimee Hobson.For now, I haven't had too many problems, and when I needed assistance, Aimee was happy to help. She is quite quick in replying queries, and that is great.One issue is that the maintenance company is not quick in solving issues. For example, I had a problem with one of the taps of my shower, and although the agency (Aimee) responded quickly, the reparations took place several weeks after, which was not nice.Anyway, as for now, everything has been good.Cheers!
