This was then backed up by their down to earth, friendly and efficient guidance over what became a difficult and protracted period leading up to completion. Reeds Rains assisted us with the sale of our apartment in Manchester. They consistently conducted themselves in a professional way, from the initial call, through to completion and were utterly professional at all times. They robustly kept the process moving on both sides without being seen to be pushy. Their knowledge of the process was invaluable and they were more than happy to guide us on the various requirements which were not particularly straight forward. Would have no hesitation in recommending as communication was good throughout.
Really efficiently got my partner and I into our new flat, which is perfect for our needs. There are a few maintenance teething problems as with most move-ins but when reported we got an appointment to have them fixed confirmed very quickly. Reeds Rains Insurance services were also really useful, especially for people like my partner and myself who are living outside of student properties for the first time. Very happy :)
