Absolute shambles of a letting company. Had a previous poor experience with this agency a year or so ago, but as the properties I wanted to view were with this agency, I didnt have much choice. On this occasion the person showing me the apartments was 45 minutes late to the appointment, no prior warning or courtesy call to inform me of this. To add fuel to the fire I arrived at the building to view two properties, no prior approval had been given so I couldnt see any! Crazy and not surprisingly nothing but a carefree apology offered
Really good service. I sold my flat in Castlefield via Hunters and I'd definitely use them again. As someone who has never sold a property in the past, the staff were really good at helping things along and more importantly everything was CLEAR which is sometimes a rarity amongst other estate agents. Special thanks to Ian Barber who I dealt with throughout the process. Would recommend for sure.
