Homes4you offers very good, modern and friendly service. I found their updates on price reductions via text messages and email very useful and they have always responded my emails promptly. We were dealing with Dan Walker when trying to buy a house. Throughout the process he was very approachable, easy to speak to and highly motivated. He managed to negotiate a good deal with a very demanding vendor for us. Unfortunately, shortly before signing the contract, the deal fell through as the vendor decided to go for another offer, which was made to a different agency. It seemed Dan really felt sorry about it and we were glad to have dealt with somebody, who was so understanding and helpful.
