Shocking people to deal with. I paid, I have the ticket to prove it, they still sent me a notice to pay them one hundred pounds. I am wondering whether their business model is even legal, is it a contravention of data protection legislation, and are DVLA complicit in that? How can it be legal to give out my details when I haven't done anything wrong?A similar business to this one got into serious trouble when they were found to have deliberately altered the time on the machine so that they could send out notices when people had done nothing wrong at all.Whatever happened to ethics.
