My car got broken into on Christmas Eve. No ctv. Very helpful nightstaff gentleman kindly helped clean up the mess, and stayed with me and my daughter until I was able to drive home.
Avoid this car park. Had our window smashed & stuff stolen out of car. Lots on unsavoury characters hanging around. Absolutely stinks of urine & extortionate prices. A truly horrible experience!
Great location! But poor maintenance, the allow cars to park on the way out. So you gladly get stuck around 15 to 20 min to come up the ramps. Is so stinky (urine) on the stairs and flooded in raining days. For the prices charge it could be a good place
The place stinks off urine, its not the best place for a long vehicle, and dont get me started on the price, 24 for 5 hours in a sewage plant, and people begging at the entrance, would not allow my wife to park here alone.There are far safer and cheaper options around Deansgate.
Worse car park ever. A strong smell of wee and marks in the corners from people using it as a toilet. I told the staff member who said it would cost too much to clean.The lay out is very poor with tight spaces. Also a number of cars parked near the ramp area so you can't turn.Very over priced.
