Really nice car park. Old fashioned. However it is expensive if you're parking in here for long term.
Central location (obviously) but extremley tight spaces to park. It is also extortionate to park there! I really can't see the justification of charging 25 for 24 hours parking. There are better, cheaper (whilst being good quality) alternatives.
Visited Manchester on the 30th of September - Parked up at 1pm. Returned to Vehicle at 2pm to find out that someone had smashed the back window and stolen a bag. NCP guys over the phone said that it was a rare occurrence and never happened often. We managed to track down a member of staff who asked us to fill in a form...a form that had other peoples broken into cars listed. One on the 26th of September. One on the 23rd of September. So literally 3 break ins within a week.I would not leave my car in this car park as they are clearly not doing anything about the constant break ins. They charge a Premium to park here too with very little staff presence, as well as cameras in locations that would offer no decent information."Sorry for the Inconvenience" is all they said to us. Just had to drive home for 2 hours without a Rear window.DO NOT PARK HERE.
We parked here when we stayed at the Hilton at Deansgate. We had rented a huge van for the road trip we were about to embark on. The only drawback is that it almost did not fit into the parking structure. The clearance is low by normal standards, but if you are in an average car you will be fine. There are multiple entrances and exits for pedestrians so be sure to snap a picture of where you leave your car for reference.
