As with all Q-parks it's fine but very pricey
This is a nice and clean underground car park thats easy to use. My only criticism is that like most car parks of this type, the car spaces are a little bit on the tight side. If youre a bit fussy like me though, there are a few spaces that have some room around them.
Prepaid for parking but could not get out of car park, I followed the instructions on leaving, driving to the exit barrier and pressed the help button, and waited for a considerable period of time. After listening to the annoying , unanswered bleep for what seemed to be an eternity I felt I had no alternative but to reverse back into the car park and visit the information office. Fortunately it was not busy and this was not a problem. The office was unattended and a sign indicated that the staff were on patrol. I then proceeded to try the help point on another ticket machine and again no answer. As I was walking away someone finally answered. I explained the situation and was asked if I has heard the bleeping noise, implying I cannot press a help button! I was then informed that it was rush hour and they were busy! I do not know what rush hour in Manchester is like but in the time I was waiting only a few cars exited the car park and one was my client! Even if it was a busy rush hour surely it would be important that the exit barriers are kept unobstructed. I informed the member of staff that I am also busy, I was and still am very annoyed at the lack of customer service and just using the corporate I am very sorry is no longer an acceptable excuse for poor service.I have subsequently emailed Q park, email above and tried to call but no response
Good location. Maximum 7 charge for a Sunday. Pleased with that!
It's a car park... I parked my car and when I came back it was still there. Convenient for the city centre. Some of the payment machines weren't working which was a pain.
