Great service at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend for all biking needs. From novice to avoid riders. Probably best to call and make an appointment as they can get really busy but they will do their best to complete your job as quickly as possible. Not been disspointed by the service we have had. Just you be clear that each time I have used Butterfield's they have completed the service on same day but to be fair on them I would recommend booking in as their service is so good that they are sure to get booked up at some point so to avoid dissapointment and help them plan work load prob best to try and book in.

I have been thinking about buying a new bike but did not want to get one off the peg that may not have been right for me.Called into Butterfield Bicycles and I have to say the owner is Very Helpful, with Excellent knowledge, and really took the time with me to find out what I wanted out of my new bike. There is no way you would get the same service from a major high street dealer
