Came to these guys for a simple aux fitting. He ended up telling me he could fix an issue that Honda quoted me 600 for. He fixed the problem with no issues for 20!! Can't recommend enough, very polite. Did it all within my lunch hour too.
Me personally was coz it was soo empty and went with my 7yr old & mam who needs certain disability facilities so after a polite employee asked if we were lookin for anything in particular directing to the 1st floor & Lift was fantastic as we shopped 2gether purchased new bike tyres 2 staff polite & helped even had a laugh so friendly easier to shop for Exactly what I was wantingWas probably in & out 25minsWhole shop was shining floors displays neat & not crammed next to each other i joined thm on line & am planning for full MOT for me bike
Called the store 5 times and waiting minutes each time, tried all the different departments, after someone finally picked up the guy who I didnt even say what his name was (I shouldve asked) was rude. I only asked him to check stock and he refused, he said Id have to travel all the way to the store to find out... pathetic. This guy needs some customer service training, makes you wonder if Halfords just employ any random noob and doesnt train or monitor staff competency. Thanks for ruining my experience.
Looking at buying a bike and Im very impatient so wanted it today but cannot build it myself. Visited my local Burnley store who said Tuesday earliest. Rang a number of stores but eventually spoke with Fort and they have agreed they will have it ready to collect 3pm TODAY!!! Amazing job guys much appreciated.
