I ordered an 750 bike that was "in stock" from Ridelow's website on November 20th 2018 to be told a few days later that it won't be arriving until January 10th 2018 (today). As the date came closer and closer I contacted them to check if everything is OK with the intention of planning when to work from home to wait for the bike. They responded with the information that the bike will eventually arrive in the Netherlands next week, so it might be with me in 2 weeks - at the end of January. That's a 2 month delivery period. I found out today from an employee I spoke to on the phone that the "in stock" sign on their website does not reflect reality and is just a message on all bikes. The bike I ordered is in fact still shown as in stock at this very moment. To make matters worse, Ridelow could not care less about my ridiculous experience and do not feel any sort of remorse. The employee I spoke to also did not feel like he needs to update me when the delivery date on the bike changes and did not understand why I would need proactive communication. I hope I eventually receive the bike. To be continued.....
