Good cocktails. Dinner menu a bit limited. Very nice attentive staff. Nice quiet athmosphere
We booked a table online for our New Years Eve only to minutes later receive an email telling us they have cancelled our booking.Upon calling them it became apparent that they had double booked us due to the lack of organisation with their booking systems.They then told us that the other people who booked at the same time got to keep their booking despite it being made after ours.Im not one to get mad or upset over stupid things but I believe this was unfair and the way that they spoke to us on the phone showed that they clearly needed training in people skills.Soooo disappointed because the food does sound great just very disappointed with the way that they messed up and didnt deal with the problem they caused.
We went on a Saturday afternoon, used a Groupon Voucher, which we both had, entitled us to 2 cocktails each. Got told needed to book a time.We did.....2 in the afternoon , it was dead!! Just us two, got cocktails but no olives/nibbles which was on the voucher!!! The young girl made them Amy was very nice , but once made didn't see her again!! In all fairness, decor, lovely but they do cocktails between 4 -7 I think it said for 2 for 7. Now we know where it is will go but not with voucher!!
Very disappointing! After ordering drinks at the bar we tried ordering food. One member of our group was a vegetarian with a nut allergy, and when ordering food was told nothing meat free on the menu was suitable for his allergy (including the chips and onion rings). After being told the only nut free items on the menu they would serve us were either steak or fish in a bag (again for a vegetarian....) we left to eat elsewhere!
