Had the Steel Panther ticket in my ticket in my hand at bang on midnight.... despite being in the queue 10 mins.... cashier "that's 5 please". Cheers for nothing Satans. Hope your drinks aren't watered down..... robbing *****
I went there expecting metal or at least some rock. It was kinda arabic music night or something. I stayed for a couple of beers but still same music. Maybe there should be something in the entrance to explain the music for the night. I paid 8 pounds and felt it was a waste :/ place looks cool thou. And beer were cheap.
Disappointing experience...The decor was interesting although the interior is only small and spread accross only 1 small floor.I hope the manager reads this because i found one of the barmen extremely rude and sarchastic. I ordered my drink, after it was served, i was later be informed of a 5 minimum charge for me to use my card (to which he just nodded rudely). I asked where the signage is to show this and he wrote a sign on the back of a receipt and stuck it to the wall "there is your sign mate" consequentialy i had to buy 2 drinks even though i only wanted one and i had no cash on me. Music also gave me a bit of a headache; mostly heavy metal (although this is just my opinion). 4 entry fee-not worth the money
The music was great and they way they decorated the venue is fitting! Staff were great there; they were very vigilant and prompt in taking action in moments of our safety being threatened. Drinks could be a tad cheaper but other than that I'd advise anyone who likes rock and metal to go there!
Went with a few friends with zero expectations but just being aware of a giant Satan etched into the walls. What a great night! The music was great and good value drinks and a nice crowd.
