Great club experience and Andreas the manager is always very helpful
If I could I would give ZERO stars. This is the WORST place to party in Manchester. Staff are rude & unapproachable, the drinks are expensive and the entry price is EXTORTIONATE! Don't waste your time or money at this place!!! They also STEAL customer's belongings from the cloakroom then ignore you and don't respond to any of your messages, emails or calls. I have got the police involved with this internal staff theft of my belongings from their cloakroom in-house.
Right where to start When arriving at the venue the one door man was very negative, firstly he asked us if we was on the guest list, after speaking to other people inside the club nobody was asked at all if they was on the guest list and multiple of people said they don't no anything about the guest list.One of my friends who came to the club is alternative by alternative I mean had a rock/punk look however he enjoys all types of music and just enjoys being surrounded in different atmospheres. The security was being very rude and be littled him. The security was second guessing everything about letting us in and made myself and my friends very uncomfortable.On the other side the drinks were reasonably priced and the bar staff was polite.....if you wanna call polite laughing at people looking and being different. All I am saying is if your urban and rich you will have a very good night, if you are not and you look a little bit different in the slightest don't go here end of.
Had a good night out at this club, couldnt complain about it. Que was quick, good atmosphere inside, decent music, staff were on point and polite. Would probably get a table next time with the club being as busy as it was, would recommend to other friends!
DO NOT GO THERE!! Wish I could give them a zero star rating because of their terrible customer service and dreadful atmosphere. People are more concerned with getting tables than having a good night. Telling me to tuck my chain in just because I didn't get a table! Awful DJ! Doesn't know how to mix records and respond to what the crowd would preferably like to hear. Was playing dreadful old music up untill 2:30, by the time he started playing good music i was already fed up by the whole experience! Its all hype and no delivery! If you're thinking of coming here, make sure you pay attention to all reviews and picture the experience before making a decision.
