Great place very friendly cheap n great value for money. 12pm excellent weights .machines and PTS if u need any good place to get fit lose weight tone up. 5star gym !!
This place is very friendly, nobody looks down on you, they just get on with it, staff are helpful too.
Great that the place is 24h! The gym is clean and always functional. There are also showers and toilets on site, which is good. They are locked behind your personal keycode though, so it might be hard to physically rush to the toilet if you needed to :P Vending machines are fairly expensive there, but sell protein bars and shakes of various flavours, as well as towels to wipe up sweat etc.
It used to be brilliant but since the update there are no "my ride" screens for the spin bikes. Don't even think about trying to listen to your own music or fitness program through your ear phones the competition for sound space between the classes and the "resident " DJ is beyond a joke. My ears were ringing so much I had to cut short my last visit !!! And this is OVER the top of the already piped standard music. Beyond a joke
