Kind staff and quality service. The gym and wellness area is very small but perfect if you consider its part of a hotel.

Thought it was a joke when I saw the pool and jacuzzi area. So tiny, crowded, jacuzzi out of work and pool full. Sauna and changing rooms were tiny as well, only 2 showers and cleanliness was not on point. Dont think I spent more than 30 min.
Very cost effective however quite unclean. The man at the reception was very warm and welcoming but when entering theres no changing room for privacy and the lock on one of shower cubicles was broken. Also advertised as free parking onsite which was incorrect. Would definetly go back as its very cost effective and has facilities required.
Way too much steamy chlorin within the pool area - cannot bare to stay there too long - my eyes hurt for hours afterwards - and the water is not refreshened on a daily basis.
