Came across this company by chance whilst visiting Red Brick Mill. We were very impressed with the customer service provided by the staff here and at their Head Office in Manchester . They were professional , courteous with customer service which went above and beyond . We love our new bedroom furniture, it was exactly what we were looking for . Beautiful and very well built . We can highly recommend this company !
We are moving into a new open plan flat and as much as we like our dining table we were keen to find a table that didn't isolate an area of the space just for dining, but it had to look good as well. We called into Urbansuite in Manchester after searching the internet and found they stock Calligaris and although they did not have one in stock there, they did arrange to bring one in for us to look at. Perfect. It looks great and works really well. Really really helpful staff and a great shop to wander round, a bit off the beaten track, but well worth searching out.
We have bought furniture from URBASUITE twice now. Both times they helped us find beautiful modern pieces of furniture which fitted our specific requirements. The staff is extremely helpful - and keep in touch throughout the sometimes lengthy time it takes for a handmade bespoke piece of furniture to arrive. Great place to buy special furniture. We will be back.
Great Furniture and super knowledgeable, friendly staff. The shop floor sales were could not have been more helpful - we also got free delivery and assembly! Totally recommended.
