Do not buy from here, take your money elsewhere.A settee was delivered in July instead of a bed settee, the replacement didn't arrive until October. However I am still waiting for the correct legs to be delivered. Unimpressed with the customer service, they are however excellent at excuses.
We went in on a very wet and windy Sunday. We had already pretty much decided what we wanted on-line but wanted to go and check them out first. At first I thought the two assistants were not that helpful.. I got the feeling they looked at two soggy shoppers and thought we were just coming in for a dry out!!As soon as we started to look like we were going to order they became much more attentive. The man who ended up helping us had only been at the shop three weeks and was very helpful and pleasant as we placed our order. Not had the sofas yet but have high expectations and are looking forward to our new lounge!
Having checked out many different sofas in different stores at varying price ranges, we walked into this store and saw that awesome green velvet sofa on display. Perfect! Quality and comfort. The velvet too was much better than similar priced alternatives in competitors' stores. Loved the sofa so much that we ordered 2 in dark grey. Sales assistants were very helpful also.
The small bald sales man in this shop is useless, rude & condersending and should not be allowed to speak to customers. Get rid of him ASAP. Also The entire show room is a bit of a mess in regards to lay out and with barely ANY veriaty of colours or textures on show!?( he tried to argue with me claiming we cant show 24,000 different variations in the show room, obviously I understand this but that does not deter from the fact the lack of basic colours on show!?).
Staff friendly and helpful, nice shop. I just think the sofas are too pricey for the quality.
