Delighted with my new sofa and it's really thanks to the help of Pat and Rachel in store. I had been round various other sofa shops and left feeling uninspired. The showroom has loads of choice so once I'd selected a style - the ladies helped me find the perfect fabric. They've both got a real eye for interiors and now the sofas here I'm delighted! Order was easy and I was kept informed of delivery. Top team!
Just purchased the Canonbury in Anthracite - great sofa at a great price! A huge "thank you" to Suzi and Pat at the Manchester store who provided an outstanding level customer service, thanks ladies! Highly recommend.
Great price for "in stock sofas" but then got called by delivery company two hours before delivery that only one of the sofas was being delivered as they had lost the other! Following frantic calls to the customer support team, informed that there was a miscalculation of stock levels and ultimately sold an item not stocked. Offered other "available" items (also no guarantee on compensation pricing) but after waiting three days without any confirmation emails/calls, cancelled order and went with Loaf...much better service!
