Super-friendly and helpful staff. Only waited about 30 mins and it was all done in 5. Russia is also full of the same happy, helpful and nice people.
Welcome by security guy with smile on his face,I had no stamped invitation lady was dealing with my application helped me correcting with mistakes I have made.they have internet service so we could edit applications and print them out.i was provided website address for tourist voucher by staff member while I was editing my application.so all in all very helpful staff.again thanks vfs russia staff for all your help.5 stars....
I had a truly amazing experience with this consulate .I had not only made a few mistakes but my original application had expired The lady helped me complete the form. I was allowed to work through the dinner break. She was a wealth of information and expedited the whole process. If only some of our own institutions were half as efficient...Great introduction to Russia... Really looking forward to my trip...Thanks so much..

Be aware that your passport will be kept for a maximum of 4 weeks at the moment so you won't be able to travel outside the UK during that time.
