There is no possibility to register in the system to apply for a passport. I am already trying to do it all month!!!! . No telephone contact. This consulate is useless.

Met by friendly security personnel. The person dealing with my application form was most helpful, efficient and kindly. The whole process from entering the building lasted half an hour. Very pleasant, clean surroundings. A good experience, thank you.
Our past experience (years back) with Consulate in Manchester was rather uninspiring and that is said very politely. However having visited today, it was a completely different story. Legal Advice and Passport Enquiries staff was extremely helpful, very polite and even though the problem at hand was of complicated nature, it was dealt with uttermost professionalism and without any delay. Thank you very much.
I am plagued by calls on my personal mobile for Polish people asking for the Polish Embassy - even though I have let the embassy know a minimum of five times they do absolutely nothing about it - it is becoming unbearable and past being funny - I get 4-5 calls a day and this is beyond a joke now. They are obviously giving it out by a mistake but do absolutely nothing to sort it out and claim they ''have no idea'' how people are getting my mobile number.
