Hours without end on the phone and no one pics up! Email no one answers too... full of lazy lazy people!

The welcomer could have had a phone at the desk and answer it from time to time instead of sitting for an hour (when I was there) and stear at walls!!! They never respond to emails or answer the phone. They don't accept photo from a photographer and they charge 96 for 5 years passport!!! Absolute rip off!!!!!!!
All the staff are super civilized and polite although the office was packed with people need the services. Everyone was working super hard to get their jobs done from opening till the office closed. Mr. Piloto who handled my application was fast, efficient and know exactly what he is doing. Plus, very polite to all of us. The security guard was very helpful, polite and patient to explain the information for people in need. I saw people are even allowed to charge their phones right there. The office is well located, next to a few nice cafes so you can wait before your appointment.
The person who handled our application was fab and very helpful. However we are still waiting for our Schengen Visa from them and it has been almost 4 weeks now. The worst thing is that our flight is only 4 days away. We are unable to get hold of anybody which is very frustrating.
