Just horrific I never want to step foot in that pit of unnecessary endless queuing again walking out felt like an accomplishment. A root canal would be less painful this was a reminder of why I dislike apple. There was also nowhere for my child to sit there was tall stools with no back support which was to tall for my infant to sit on safely I sat on the floor with him on my knee we waited that long he fell asleep... The sheer thought of ever going back into an Apple store fills me with utter despair and dread!
Honestly, the service that Apple offers is far away from where they used to be years ago. They try to sell you a new phone at any cost. Repair service was really unacceptable. Is actually the second time that I experience the same exact treat (the last time in London). Definitely I will have to change to Google phones for now.
Great store experience. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand, no having to queue at tills (staff have hand held card machines), in-store training on products and workshops available on a complimentary basis. A joy to shop here.
Very impressed with the service here. Was seen very quickly, and kept posted with what was happening regarding the repair of a computer I had dropped off. Staff seemed much more friendly than other Apple Stores I have visited. Given the choice, I would go there again in preference to a slightly nearer store.
Presentation is EXQUISITE, the staff are helpful and don't pester you, and you can test out and actually hold whatever you want to buy before you buy it. Plus, they're currently offering a battery replacement thing for 29 pounds. So you can make your older iPhone 6 - 10 faster. Plus the whole store looks very modern and has a nice clean aesthetic. The whole place is also well lit
