All the liquids are priced up on show. As for the coils filters and other things every time I go in its different price. Theses guys tell you a story and really try to up sell you. I have had issues in the past but Ive had enough now. Ill either find another shop or just stop vaping. The amount of times Ive walked out after knowing Im being ripped off the attended as said I can do it for 5 cheaper or similar is ridiculous. Will not return ever.
I bought cannabis oil for chronic pain from here and was charged 100 for a tiny bottle. I went home and my boyfriend who is a pharmacist told me he had brought me one as a xmas present , he searched the bottle i had paid 100 for as he thought it was overpriced and found the exact one for 20. I didn't see this as a problem as i had the receipt and unopened bottle. I called the main VIP base and they said even though this place was a franchise it wont be a problem getting a refund as i have the receipt and unopened bottle.I went to this shop to return it and the man who had served me was there , he refused to refund me , he was menacing rude and very scary. He did not inform me at the time of purchase it cannot be returned nor does it say that in the shop. The white haired tall menacing man who served me who looks like a convict did say they have their own rules.Avoid this company at all costs with there overly excessive mark ups to exploit vulnerable ill people

Old woman in the shop absolutely no clue what is going on. Very rude and she clearly hate her job! Also i asked for 6mg and she gave me a 12mg so watch out!! There are many ecig shop in this area all better then this. AVOID
Just went here to pick up some juice. The lady was very nice and knowledgeable. Prices are not bad and there is a large selection of e juice available.
