Awful will never use again. Stay well away. Good deals but the cashback claim process is awful, customer service is just as bad.
7 days waiting for connection! customer service is none existent, never known anything like it before, between themselves and vodafone i don't know what they are playing at, keep blaming black friday when that was weeks ago isn't good enough
This company sent me out a contract mobile that the imei is black listed...I would think twice about getting a contract mobile from this firm...i was expecting a phone call on the 22/10/2018 to resolve this....GUESS WHAT...IM STILL WAITING SO I CANCELKED MY D.D WITH THEM....I EVEN HAD TO BUY A NEW MOBILE...WARNING DONT BUY FROM THIS FIRM....MOBILES PHONES DIRECT LTD..

Awful Company with non-existent customer service.I bought a refurbished Note 4 from these people that was faulty. Instead of asking me to return it for a refund, they insisted it was user error. My password wouldn't work because I didn't remember it correctly. My weather app wouldn't work because I didn't know how to use it. The voice recognition software (that wouldn't even activate) WAS working. And so on. This was all without even seeing the phone! I had to get eBay involved to get a full refund (as Mobile Direct had eventually offered me only half).
