Extremely helpful staff. Unfortunately we didnt come away with what we wanted, as we were after something extremely specific, but the staff went out of their way to seek info and help us. Id definitely go back to Richer Sounds for future purchases and advice.
Came here to buy headphones, have to say all I saw was a very small selection of overly expensive pairs. Not only that, but they only had similar models, which don't fit every ear type. Maybe this store is better for big electronic purchases, but definitely not everyday items
Fantastic store fantastic service highly recommend this store.. You can also test out the dolby atmos room which is absolutely stunning. If your looking for surround sound setup check these guys out.. Also offer home site surveys if you live close by

Excellent experience today, I explained a technical problem that had been bothering me for months to Will, who was able to immediately recommend a fix at a fraction of the cost of my own solution. Derek also showed me a lot of patience while I was browsing for a new amp and was happy to give me the benefit of his product knowledge without being at all pushy - a refreshing change from some places I have shopped in! Either Will is a genius, I am an idiot or both... but I highly recommend the service at this store.
