I was sent to this practice by my usual GP who had no availability at short notice and this one was open quite late. Was seen promptly by a very nice and competent GP, if anything I got more attention than I normally get at my own doctors:-)) Receptionists were fab and very helpful in helping me find an evening chemist.
Very bad service never join this go practice. Stafff are highly negligent to patients concerns and sufferings
I've been getting medicine from this practice for 1,5 years and not even once I just got my prescription as normal. There is always some issue, someone forgot something etc.This time, I called and ordered it a week prior, just so they have enough time to sort themselves out. What could go wrong? Oh, my prescription is in London pharmacy. While I live in Manchester? Surely no one had the brain to think that may be wrong. Fed up
Avoid like the plague. Awful so called service. Waiting times are crazy long and good luck getting a repeat prescription. You have to make appointment every month for it. Some people do work you know! One person tells you one thing and other something else. It's a nightmare! AVOID AVOID AVOID Shame on you they should close the place down it's that bad...
Been waiting here over an hour for my appt! Receptionist keeps saying I'm next but next just doesn't come! To say incompetence would be a compliment! I'm done.And I'm being generous with 1 star here!
