One phone line, if someone else is on the phone you can forget about it. No waiting list for the phone line.Fully booked until March?!?! Have to call early on Monday or Friday to get appointment. But the phone lines are always busy at this time so.. no opportunity for treatment here.
Shocking. Book appointments 6 weeks ahead, apparently though you can ring first thing on Monday and Friday. Presumably this is great if you don't have a job..... Reception staff that give test results over the 'phone.

Extremely disappointed. You are better off going elsewhere. Pointless doctors. Some doctors are okay but most of the time they're rubbish and quite frankly are not bothered about the problems that you have and just want to dismiss you as soon as you come into their room. Think carefully before you decide to come to this practice because you don't always get treated with respect....
I have never had any issues getting an appointment when I need one. Reception staff are friendly both in person and on the phone. On the occasions the doctors were running late, this has never been more than 10 minutes. Overall very satisfied with the service I have received.
