Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. I must say i've had quite a few blood tests done and I've never had one before that was as pain FREE as today! If you ever need a blood test head there and ask for Cristina!

5 stars in every possible way. Sam booked me in perfectly, helped by Catherine. Chloe & Natalia lovely on the reception when I arrived. And of course Dr Brink was amazing. Perfect health screening experience. My colleague just had a heart attack last month - completely unexpected. So my boss arranged for 10 of us to have screens at Pall Mall. Would highly recommend. My wife is really happy that I got the all clear too!

I can't comment as a patient, but as the administrator of an organisation which deals with professional athletes needing to arrange medical checks, including blood tests and brain scans, all too often at the very last second, I cannot thank Samantha enough for consistently bending over backwards and going well above and beyond to bail everyone out..
