I used last year and it was ok but still cost 40 by the time I got my prescription. This year I booked an appt then immediately cancelled as realised the cost of the consultation had risen to 30.Little did I know I'd still he charged as there were less than 24 hours notice before the appt. Total rip off as only 2 hours to appt when so booked. I was never prompted by app to say I'd be charged. Emailed complaint but it never got anywhere. Staff cold and not very understanding. I felt I'd been taken advantage of whilst ill and working away from home. I ended up paying again to see another GP through a different on line service - but this was much cheaper. I will never use again.
first time using push doctor and will never use again, paid 30 for a consultation with a doctor that did even know what the medication was that I have been on, she said Ive not heard of that before, I will just have a look online what it is then continued with I dont know enough about that medication so Im not prepared to proscribe it so paid 30 for a doctor that couldnt answer my questions and didnt know anything about my medication. I did call and said I was happy and was told I would get a refund within 10 days, Ive NOT had the refund and its been over 10 day.
Don't use them, they will chat with you just to make money. Dr asked me lots of questions about my family history when I have simple case of sinusitis.
Avoid at all costs! The website is broken. You get charged for a consultation even when the website doesn't work properly - they refuse to provide a refund. In addition, the website subscribed me for their membership when I never chose to do so - their website is rubbish.
Had tonsillitis and needed antibiotics but it was a Sunday so couldnt see my doctor. Downloaded the app and 10 minutes later had an appointment with a doctor via video call. He arranged a prescription and it was ready to collect from my local pharmacy less than an hour later. Amazing service.
