On each visit, I do receive a 5* attention.. Dr S Dean is exceptionally brilliant. The front desk staff are doing their best. Nothing against the practice except their inability to respond to letters on time. I can attribute that to work pressures.
Seems to be a very unorganised place. Not uncommon to wait 40 minutes for your own appointment that they will cancel if you're running 5 minutes late. Last GP I seen only gave me around 2 to 3 minutes time and would not answer most of my questions about repeat prescriptions. The only GP I felt knew what he was doing was only there on a temporary basis to fill in due to lack of staff
Staff have worst attitudes I have ever come across at any gp practice that I have seen. Don't expect to get a appointment in a acceptable time had to wait 5 weeks to get a appointment. Also if you are gay you should find another gp as these ones are very homophobic.
I want to move my mum here from Clayton Health Centre. That's how comfortable I am with this practice.
Always get booked in without long waits. One day I managed to get two appointments booked for the next day. Love that they do evening and weekends too. Staff are always really friendly.
