What a ridiculous place! After 4 months I'm still not able to get my repeat prescription, and nobody is calling back even though promised they will. Unable to ever get in touch with the GP - Nobody is picking up the phone (I'm on hold for over 40 minutes now). Bad, bad, bad.
Very bad service, also when your name is displayed there's no beep or a sound to draw your attention towards the screens especially when your distracted by your children, they expect you to glue your eyes on the screen if you miss it the Dr will come out and shout at you why didn't you check the screen it happened when my son turned one. Really not cool and they should think about parents who come with children. Not even child friendly surgery.
I've tried to call three times today and had to put down . Now been on hold for 9 min .. Not good enough.
Brand new building with lots of nice things for the community. I'm very impressed with the GP service - from the receptionists to the doctors. Thank you guys I feel looked after for the very first time after terrible GP's experiences around Manchester.Hoping that this place gets well looked after so it can last many many years!
