I went into the store after a few years hoping it improved but I shouldve gone. I was completely gnored by all arrogant and snotty staff. I will never go in again, hope this store will be shut very soon. All staff are extremely stuck up and arrogant as if they were some kind of celebrities or CEO, they are just a employed low wage staff. Their only job is to judge people by their appearance and look down on people who dont reach their standards. A young cocky English staff served me when I went in a very quiet time. Clearly he did not want to serve me, he was just rude. Another male staff (skinny bald guy with a foreign accent) was extremely condescending and unhelpful too on a different occasion. Even he took the mickey out of my accent, even though he also has a thick east European accent... A few weeks later, I went in and an old male SA served me who was not too stuck up, the item I was looking for wasnt in stock so he reserved it for me and promised me to ring when the bag is delivered at the store in a few days. I waited over a week, you can guess now what happened... no phone call whatsoever So I went in, a poor little aggressive limping female assistant (dark hair with a French accent) served me this time who was not even bothered to give me the box or wrap my item which cost me over 1000. She even looked disgusted when I asked her nicely whether I could have a dustbag with strings (Ive heard that people can get it if you ask) and she said very rudely and shouted at me NO also she made me pay more than the price (there was price rise in between the order and the collection) I can go on forever about how they treated me dreadfully. I dont think I had a professional service there even once. You have to be a white and flashy to be their precious customer. I hardly buy anything online (always sold out... online service is a bit better than Manchester branch) but it is about time we boycotted this awful so called luxury company.

what a wonderful store, I wasn't going to go after reading the reviews... but boy oh boy don't believe what you read. Was helped by two very gracious men, made my purchase feel like a pleasure. Manchester is world class!

Wonderful service by a lady named Kayleigh. Really went out of her way to help. Polite and friendly and passionate about her work. Could not praise her enough. She is a credit to LV. Thanks again Kayleigh and a Happy New Year. :)

Poor service. Poor setup for the queue. You enter the store to look for displays and no one is serving you. If you are interested in one of the products, oh, you need to queue. Coz even if you ask the staffs, they said they would come up with you, but in fact they would not care you. The store is too busy. There are only three to four staffs but a long line waiting in the store. Cant imagine there is only one Louis Vuitton in Manchester with that kind of poor service.

I requested an item that isn't on display and she told me they did not have it in stock then I asked again to a different one and the same too. 10 minutes later, I come back into the store and asked a different advisor, he found the item I requested and I reserved the item for tomorrow. Tomorrow come, I went back into the store around 6:45 and I see my item on DISPLAY and I told an advisor to collect my item I reserved, he said his advisor would have thought I would be coming back. (New advisor)I bought the item and the dust bag was clearly used (greyish not clean). At the end, the packaging was outstanding and the item was on point. Just the staff members which let my visit down...
