Had 30 minutes before catching my train and went to see what was new in store. the drum section was nice but the staff was horrible! Couldn't give specs on new products or recommendations for what was ideal for my style of drumming and looked like they couldn't be bothered to even move from their desk. After 10 minutes practicing on a kit, (which was WAY overpriced for what it was) one of the 'cool' dudes came with arrogance whilst I was playing and trying different settings and said 'so you gonna buy it yeah'? If it takes just looking at a piece of hardware to decide if it is worth the money I would just buy it online. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Clearly looking for the next momy or daddy to walk in so they could make their next sale and feed their ego's.
Love that you can just go in and mooch around without being pestered by staff trying to sell you things. Large shop with a big selection of items. Always a nice experience to pop in and have a try on some of the instruments.
Amazing selection of guitars, pianos, keyboards, drums and sound equipment. Service needs to be better. Was told I would be seen to after a customer - 3 customers later I had to remind them I was still waiting and they seemed put out. Decided to buy elsewhere. Such a shame.
Amazing instruments for amazing prices. Went on one of the computers used for mixing and mastering; found a file called ket tunes for the autistic. For that one reason it's a 5 star from me.
Good musical instruments. Great knowledgeable staff. Left to browse but available if you need them. Bought a bass guitar and an acustic guitar for both my children. Great quality reasonably priced. Good high street shop that needs to remain open.
