I love coming here. Came on a groupon and had no trouble booking. Have come regularly ever since as I find the treatments to be the most relaxing Ive ever had. Just booked another groupon and had no difficulty getting through on the phone or booking a date.
treatments were fantastic I had the back massage and then the reflexology treatment so good! Relaxed and chilled. Swimming pool was a little on the cold side it could have done to be a few degrees warmer the hot tub made up for that though. Sauna and steam rooms were lovely and clean, relaxed atmosphere throughout. Well worth a visit.
Avoid this spa at all costs. Had a booking on Sunday for my wife's birthday, babysitters all arranged. Received an email 24 hours prior stating that due to unforeseen circumstances our appointment has been cancelled. No phone call to apologise. My wife's birthday ruined!
Wow, what an absolute waste of time this place is. They never answer the phone. They take about a month to reply to emails. Book with caution - they simply ignore every customer that rings and emails. I'll be seeking a refund.
I wanted to book this for my 21st with my boyfriend.I rang them 15 times during 2 weeks, emailed them 3 times and also rang the hotel and requested a call back from the spa which I never got.I tried to book on the online booking system which does not work.I wanted this spa break as it was my first time going to a spa and I wanted it to be luxary. I ended up with no spa weekend as they never got in contact with me.3 months later, still no phone call, apology or anything,I would never ever bother with the hotel or spa again.I have also told friends and family to avoid it too
