Really bad manicure. Not recommended. There is not sterile instruments, old cover and just very bad job
Charged over twice the amount to what was confirmed over the phone. The Jacuzzi which we were informed would be on in 30 minutes as the "water was too hot" was still off (and cool) when we left over 2 and a half hours later. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. Oh, and the lockers randomly do not accept PIN used so you have to get a member of staff to open it by going through the gym in swimming atire (it happened to 4 lockers that I was aware of during my visit).
An amazing place, cheap and has amazing facilities including Spa, Jacuzzi, STEAM rooms, Sauna and a big pool. Never jam packed. Their card machine wasn't working so I got a complimentary on the house. Extremely nice staff, very simple no hassle, incredibly clean and high class relative to the price you pay.
Absolutely awful. Wouldn't even give it one star. Me and a friend had booked a spa day deal and on arrival we were asked to fill out a form each and then just left for quite some time. Every time we approached a therapist they didn't seem to have a clue and seemed rude and arrogant. We eventually got to use the spa facilities after having to keep explaining to staff that the packages states that we get to use it first. After when ready for treatment we approached a member of staff who led us to a relaxing room and told us to take a seat to wait for a therapist to come, offered us a glass of water. We were just sat there for ages bored out of our minds. In the end we went to get our money back and all staff did was try to argue with us. We got our money back in the end and left. Would not recommend it to anyone what's so ever. Also as being in the same profession as them selves I would never treat my own clients how they did!
Wouldn't even give it 1 star. Booked a couples spa well in advance for our anniversary & got a phone call on the day to say that they only have one person available to give a massage & it would be at different times (one after the other) when we requested it for the same time, in the same room. Hence why it's called the couples spa! Still ended up going but we only ended up doing the mud mask & using the facilities! Manager was awful & couldn't even offer us any discount or vouchers to say sorry for let down on our anniversary!! She was rude. Thought I'd give it another go two years later for mums 50th & reception told me they'd ring me back & they didn't!! So I had to ring them & by the time I did, their was no availability!! The staff need training up in customer service because they are absolute awful in the way the deal with their customers. Never visiting again.
