My treatment was done by Farahat, and it was honestly one of the best facial and massage treatments I've ever gotten. I took the combination treatment, which included a small consultation at the beginning to understand and agree on what you want and expect from the treatment. The combination treatment included a back, shoulder and neck massage, plus a facial and scalp massage for 70 for an hour. The whole mood and vibe in there was so relaxing and calming, and for that one hour I've never felt so calmed. The therapist and I had good communication along the whole process, I was told during every step what she was doing and how she was doing it, along with how I felt and if I was ok with it. I am definitely coming back and HIGHLY recommend it because it was amazing, and they make you feel so special.
The best Spa in Manchester by far. The customer service is amazing from the moment you walk in and ALL the therapists are so knowledgeable. Illona is amazing and so is Rose. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Don't be fooled by places like the Midland. This truly is the best experience to be had when you need to relax.
Had a lovely massage and chill out after some Christmas shopping, to look at the front of it you wouldn't think just a relaxing and soothing place existed in the middle of Chinatown
This placed saved my sanity. I've been suffering with a frozen shoulder for months and in just 2 visits with Amanda I am amazingly now pain free. The atmosphere is calm and the place is beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. I will most definitely be going again for other treatments.
Went for the first time yesterday and will definitely go back. Laura was excellent - v professional, and the hot wax was far less painful than strip waxes I've had elsewhere. Certainly worth the extra 10.
