Vans are my life. I own 10 pairs of shoes, a belt and bag for uni. All the staff had a smile on their face and were very helpful.
Didn't catch his name but was served by the BioShock guy (after I finally made up my mind after 3 visits that day) He was super friendly and chill, which I like, doesn't feel like a pressured environment. All in all was great experience.
Very helpful staff, have bought a pair of shoes and backpack there am very happy with both.
Terrible attitude from one employee. Manager wasn't much help either. Vans itself has seriously gone down hill also. It was once a great skate make, now it's just another corporate sell out.
