Got excellent customer service off Ewan. Wasn't too sure what I was looking for, but with Ewan's vast knowledge of the products I was able to choose the perfect shoes for my running/training days and another pair of the latest air force ones. Really helpful as to choosing the latest styles and sizes which was so important for my running shoes. Ewan explained the materials on the shoes and which would be best for every day comfort as well as exercising. Felt so valued, fab example of customer service. Genuinely such a lovely staff member, really went the extra mile! Will be shopping again!
My son loves shopping here its actually very resonable priced out for the trendy clothes and shoes withoit spending too much
To be honest I couldnt give less than 1 star rate.. I bought my son something from this store and it wasnt his size and I wanted to return it .. but the manager there says that they got a policy that that have to send the returned items to the head office and it could take 6 weeks for them to return the money.. and the manager attitude was really bad to owe me and my kids.. my Advice to all end people it to avoid this place.Thanks for people who take their time to read this review.
