Really friendly staff, I went for a cataract referral. The chap asked for my dialysis days so he could plan the operation for when Im not doing dialysis, to me that means a lot. Saves me messing around changing times and days. Much appreciate thank you guys, keep up the good work

Wanted to make an appointment to have a new coil fitted after mine expelled. Nobody answers the phones ever so had to go in to be seen as a walk-in. 2 hour wait with my 2 kids under 3 with me is absolutely extracting the urine. 5 week wait then to get one fitted after that is ridiculous and I'm now looking into private options rather than have to deal with them again.
Very friendly and helpful staff - went to a walk in session and everything was sorted in 1.5 hours. Bit of waiting in between seeing people but they really went out of their way to make sure I had every single bit of information I needed.
