Recently completed the purchase of my first ever new vehicle from Williams. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service I received. Chris Snellson the Sales Manager showed an exemplary level of customer service throughout the process. And the Salesman I dealt with Callum Ralph was excellent, great communication, fantastic hospitality and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal on my dream car despite him being busy with a multitude of different customers, he made us feel like the only one. AVOID - no star is what this deserves.Purchased S.H. car - sales staff very helpful and very polite. Bad luck if you have any problems. Promises to return calls never fulfilled. Even complained to the manager and he didn't even get back to me as promised. Had a fluid leak from transmission when car was purchased. This was repaired but leak returned some months later. Pointed out a couple of minor issues - one took approx 4 months to fix (broken USB socket); the other (paint issue on bumper) - after 4 months was told was not covered under warranty - asked why - was advised manager would discuss with me following Monday. Gave him a week - nothing! Finally got it fixed after numerous calls..Overall I would rate this as the worst service I have ever had from a car dealership / garage - and believe me I have had some shockers.To finish on a positive - all staff are very polite and courteous - never had so many apologies in my life!
