Bought a used Saab 9-3 TiD from CS Cars a few weeks ago, and I cannot fault Danny and his team. Prior to purchase the AA did a vehicle check for me, which threw up a few issues with the car. Danny was happy to get them all fixed - which he did, and he also changed the cam belt and replaced a snapped rear suspension spring that the AA report had missed! After-sales was also excellent - Brought the car back with a minor issue a few days later, and got a resolution I was happy with, no fuss. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would definitely buy another used car from CS Cars.
Bought a car from CS Cars back in November and overall a very good experience. The car was as described in the advert, and on turning up to view, there was no pressurised selling. I was given all the time I needed to look over the car (alone). A test drive (again alone) wasn't a problem. There were a few cosmetic faults (some I spotted, some highlighted to me) which were promised to be corrected before completion (they were). And the pricing was very competitive. Now having used the car for a few weeks, thoroughly delighted with it, so overall, very happy. The car was originally only supplied with one key, but with Danny's persistence he managed to track down the second key (arrived this week), so great follow up service as well. Thanks all at CS Cars.
Nobody likes 2nd hand car shopping but Danny at CS Cars UK made it all very easy and stress free. What a genuine guy! CS Cars UK have a good range of cars and all reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this garage and will definitely return when I want to change cars.
I bought my car from CS Cars today and all staff were extremely helpful. I had a old Polo which didn't run and Danny arranged for a van to come and collect it and they even gave me a lift to the garage too so I could pick up my new Astra! Danny was extremely helpful and ensured the car was fully MOT'd and serviced before I collected it... even went as far as to get the guys to re wash it before I sat in it! Would highly recommend CS Cars to anyone.
