So! It has been one month to the day since I bought my 2014 BMW 4 Series from Dace German Car Centre. Paul Hollinshead dealt with my purchase and was friendly, professional and eager to meet my expectations throughout. I called late evening to ask some details about the car, then booked in for a viewing and test drive the next day. The car was immaculately presented (the valeting team round the back do a great job), service history was top notch - all BMW, with a recent oil and filter change by Dace themselves on the fresh MOT it had just had. Needless to say, I was very impressed by the quality of the car as well as the competitive price. I was sold! I was able to put a deposit down straight away and then return the next day once I had organised the insurance and my finances to pay the balance and collect the car.I did have one small niggle with the car (seat belt butler not catching seat belt) which I pointed out to Paul - and he ensured that this was sorted for when I picked the car up, and a good job he did! It was also valeted again which was a nice touch. On pickup Paul helped me to tax the car, then brought the car round and showed me a few more interesting features of the car.Now - I have put around 800 miles on the car - it is running perfectly and continues to delight me every time I drive it. Thanks again for your help, I will be recommending Dace and Paul to anyone in the market for a quality used German car.
we went to Cheshire oaks to do some shopping,part of the trip was to visit Dace German car centre in the morning to view the car where we met the sales person Adam who at point pressured us into purchasing a car from them.we took the car for a test drive & totally loved the experience & we had a good banter between the 3 of us & Adam made us very feel relaxed .upon arriving back at the dealership Adam asked us if we wanted time to decide but we already decided it was the next car for us.it was the right colour & the right model we were looking at purchasing from them. they kept in touch with us through the days running up to visiting them & there was still no pressure from them, Adam just wanted us to be happy with our the purchase,we cant wait to pick up our newish car.the car centre is well worth a visit cant thank them enough.
Made buying a car as easy as can be. Part ex my car was very happy with Paul who I dealt with. So relaxed was flexible on the part ex with my car and the car I was buying was classed as great price on AutoTrader. Couldn't be more happier with the service I got. would totally recommend. Picked up my new car today, completing the fantastic experience Ive had with them. From calling last Thursday evening and being dealt with in a friendly but professional manner by the lady who answered the phone and then Gregg. Saw the car last Saturday and have since dealt with Paul who looked after me superbly in all areas as well as my family who were with me then and today. Fantastic choice of cars at excellent prices. Would recommend and use Dace again as cannot fault them in any way. Fantastic place, lovely cars and even better employees.
