The trader.. appeared to be nice my for some uncertain reason my spirit didnt take to him alittle too sly for me I can normally fathom a person with in 1hr . My self n partner travelled up to Manchester to purchase a car ... after driving back to our home address the centre box had detached itself , RAC reported it was patched together.. when reporting back ... then the attitude comes out ... WOW..... after a back n fourth he calmed and apologised down . Then moving on more gearbox issues coming up on the dash board . All the cowboy can say is it should be okay . Final straw is the car has been in an accident and it is written off ..! After weeks on weeks thus cowboy forgot to send of our log book to DVLA.. is this a person you can trust ??? May be this is a sign and a Blessing .. !! When ever you purchase a car from these people comb the car over with two pair of eyes... sold a dodgy car . You know who this is .. I Deal with facts I will say it as it is ... .... These are the facts ... we purchased a vehicle from you guys back in Nov 2018. It is now been written off .. an no there is absolutely nothing you can do to help right now. I won't be contacting you I'm just simply writing a review and stating the truth.All I'm concerned about is my partner and her rehabilitationto get better .We have lost out on a car ,my partner is badly injured from the accident and is struggling with pain . All I'm saying is make sure you cars are fully checked over .. it was not even a month and we were already getting problems with the car .Car deals for 4 u It's a free country and everyone is entitled to their own opinion and judgement . All I'm doing is putting my experience forward.First n foremost I am a respectable and direct , honest person, spk my mind , truth and facts this is the kind if person i am .The day we had come to collect the vehicle myself n partner were dressed appropriately, prepared for the occasion in hand.I was polite , proffessional, and very observant and walking with necessary tools to inspect this vehicle ... so this thing you.mention about appearance and would of turned us away ... why didn't you ? Obviously there wasn't an issue at the time so this bares no relevance.I did not state at any time the accident was you issue..at all . Accidents happen at any given moment.this is life .Okay we move on .... The deposit... this arrange was made between yourself n my partner there was no mention of money being tight !!! ... let's just make that clear this is just your assumption . When we arranged to collect the vehicle on the weekend plans were put back as you sent a text message on the day we were travelling to say that your business partner has mot the car but misplaced the keys so therefore the car was available that day. You apologised. WE had already purchased our tickets to travel up to Manchester the night before .... the only decent to do in this situation is to recompensate for the tickets ... in which you did. So again stating the truth you did not help us with our travel !!! You done decent thing.Moving on .... As per Rac report ... the centre box and exhaust pipe had broken away . As it was patched together hence the reason for the loud noise and rattling . You paid 100.00 into my partners account as a good will jesture .. really ?This is supposed to be covered by the warranty. This didn't not cover of the repair cost.As per my certified Mechanic who I trust had large concerns about this auto matic gear box transmission issue which keeps flagging up on the management dash board light. After this computer was reset twice by the mechanics the problem would re surface days after. As per my Mechanic in so many words this problem with this car has been here for a while.Automatic gear transmission doesn't suddenly appear over night. He even recommended returning back the vehicle as this would be a very very costly repair.Again I stress I'm not here to gain anything from this I'm just simply sharing my experience and stating the facts.
