lost my dog Bella at 11.30pm on a Sunday night and was very upset didnt know what to do and phoned the first out of hours vet I could find on internet which was vets now who made me feel very welcomed and re-assured me that she would be looked after and taken care of,I have now got her ashes in a lovely box and they also made me some paw prints and some fur cuttings free of charge,thank you so much to all the staff at vets now keep up the wonderful work you do x
We had an emergency with our kitten when her stitch popped out, and we arrived her late on. The staff were lovely, thorough and reassuring and all had great temperaments, given how late it was and what a crying mess I was. The reception staff and the vet were lovely, warm people and the service was quick and thorough. They gave excellent advice over the phone and in person and I cannot thank them enough for helping us. She's all fine now recovering well - and it's 100% down to this place.
They did everything they could to save our dogs life. Sadly he passed away. The way we were treated by the vets and the staff was absolutely brilliant. They shared tears with us provided us with free of charge coffee spent time and never rushed us at all.I would strongly recommend vets now to anyone who has a poorly animal
There when you need them. Friendly, relaxed and open all hours. Had to take my beloved pooch on a Saturday night and the service was excellent. Not a life and death situation thankfully but didn't want to wait till Monday. Fiona, the vet we saw was patient and kind with our slightly eccentric rescue dog. Ziggy much improved now. Thank you
They gave my dog, Dotty, a heart scan. They were very professional. Reception staff were friendly and helpful (even though she peed on their floor!). Vet was thorough in explaining everything to us and compassionate when the news wasn't the greatest (6-12 months to live). Would highly recommend.
